ATMOSPHERE

Increases the bodies overall fitness (VO2 max) & target weight loss

Atmosphere is the best full body cardiovascular session to get your heart racing & your blood pumping. In addition to the improvement of your fitness levels you will also notice an improvement in strength.

CORE

Utilises the largest muscles to shape, develop & burn calories quicker

Core is a lower body strength & muscle development session. There is a combination of large & small movements that will utilise all of the muscles in the lower body.

ECLIPSE

Enhances muscle development & cardio fitness levels

Eclipse is a combination of lifts, cardio and core. During the session, you will rotate between 2 exercises designed to stimulate different energy systems. The increase in endurance and stamina will improve the ability to burn fat more efficiently.

GRAVITY

Targets all aspects of training the entire body

Gravity is a balanced well-rounded session consisting of high intensity movements with minimal rest periods. The core focus is on combining weight loss, strength, muscle development & cardio exercises.

LAVA

Simultaneously increases muscle development & burn fat

Lava is an entire body, strength and endurance session. This session will improve the ability to train towards a higher volume of weight while decreasing muscle fatigue.

SHAPE

Sculpts & shapes muscle groups

Shape is a high intensity speed and agility session. It incorporates explosive movements designed to improve strength and power. It is a fast paced circuit workout. It will specifically target upper and lower body to maximise results.

MAT-PILATES

Strengthens your mind & body

Pilates cultivates health and well-being through physical, mental, emotional and social techniques. It is a strength and flexibility session. You will feel re-aligned, balanced and centered.

BOXING / CONDITIONING

A high energy, whole-body workout

Boxing-conditioning teaches basic boxing skills and techniques design to increase muscular strength and endurance. It will get the body moving, heart racing and blood pumping. This session caters for all fitness levels and experience.
