Our Skyteens program provides teenagers with the opportunity to engage in functional strength training, supporting their physical development, reducing the risk of injuries during physical activities and sports, enhancing sports performance, improving everyday functionality, boosting confidence and self-esteem, managing weight effectively, establishing healthy lifelong fitness habits, and reaping the mental health benefits of exercise. To ensure safe and age-appropriate training, it's crucial for teenagers to work with qualified instructors or coaches and consult with healthcare professionals or fitness experts to create a tailored strength training program.



The Skyteens program is designed for teenagers with a specific purpose:

  • Strength development

  • Athletic performance improvement

  • Overall fitness

  • Appropriate exercises for both age groups

  • Periodization for progressive training

  • Emphasis on proper technique and form

  • Continuous education

  • Consistency

  • Monitoring & ongoing support


Two coaches will attend each class, with the first coach focusing on the 10-12 year olds and the second coach focusing on the 13-15 year olds. Both groups will receive age-appropriate training separately.
